Thinking Christmas in July!

Holiday gathering update

Five for a Cause
Here are five items that you can choose from to either make or buy for our holiday gathering in December. Socks, hats, mittens or gloves and scarves. They can be for children to adults – male or female colors and sizes. You can make/buy one item or 20 items – all up to you. Scarves are a great way to learn to knit or crochet and a good way to use up scrap yarn you may have at home.

Depending on how much we get we will distribute to local shelters. Any questions contact Gail Wozniak.

Just an FYI for all: the Georgetown Senior Center (at Perley School on North Street) has a supply of yarn free for any knitters … and a knitting group, too! (As if any of you don’t already have a stash of yarn… )
