2023 Fall Retreat

Hi everyone,

The Fall Quilt Retreat at Valley Inn in Waterville Valley is now OPEN for registration!!!

The retreat is Thursday November 16 through Sunday November 19. 

Please note, this is the weekend before Thanksgiving.

The information sheet, registration form and price list are all on the Merrimack Valley Quilters website under Retreat information.  

Please send your registration form and check, payable to MVQ to me at:

There will likely be a waiting list.

Please make sure that you have signed up for your 2-hour volunteer commitment at the MVQ 2023 show; that is a requirement for the retreat.

    I wrote this to Phyllis a few days ago:

    I have a question for you about the retreat venue. Is it possible to have a room on the first floor? Or is this a facility with an elevator? I have mobility issues and would have difficulty with a lot of stairs.

    But I never heard back from her. Is it possible you could answer my question?

      Hi Mary,
      I’m sorry, I never got your message. The Valley Inn has an elevator. The sewing space is on the 3rd floor and guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors (accessible via elevator).
