The UFO Auction committee is still looking for donations and volunteers for sorting day and auction day. Contact Stacey Caruso and Sue Spinelli.
The nominating committee is looking for three non-board members. Contact Bev Valle or Jamie Ruh if you can volunteer.
We are looking for someone to chair the 2021 Raffle Quilt committee. Contact Liz Swan if you would like to chair this committee.
Liz Swan, President
If you are bringing donations for the UFO auction this evening, please keep in mind that the weather forecast is calling for downpours. I do not want the people who are collecting your donations to stand out in the parking lot. Therefore, please bring your donations into the meeting. There will be a couple of tables set up to collect your donations. Please place your donations in plastic containers or large garbage bags as the two trucks we have are open and do not have cabs on them. If you are planning on bringing large objects, such as furniture, please consider calling Stacey Caruso and Sue Spinelli to arrange a pick up/drop off at another time instead of bringing them this evening. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
Liz Swan, President

We will also be collecting additional donations.
Thank you to all that have volunteered. The church rescheduled due to another commitment and we hope that you can still join us.

Carrie Zizza’s workshop has been changed FROM Saturday, February 23rd TO Saturday, February 16th from 9:30 to 3:30 due to a scheduling conflict on her end. The location will be announced at the January meeting. If anyone is interested, please email me NOW since we will be so close to the workshop by our January meeting. The location I choose is dependent on the number of people signed up! Remember – this fabulous workshop – “You can have your quilt sandwich and finish it too” – is only $10 for members. It’s a wonderful opportunity to learn from a master machine quilter.
