Condolences to the Grew Family

Connie Grew, a long time member of MVQ, has passed away. Connie was 95. She was also the sister of Monica Pitman and aunt to Jane Hamel.

Connie was a valued MVQ member for many years. Her quilting was outstanding and mostly done by hand. She held various board positions and always remembered our bus trips to the Pennsylvania Dutch Country. Due to failing eyesight, she no longer was able to do much sewing, but the craft was still important to her and she loved talking about past times and projects.
