Comfort Quilts
I hope you are all staying safe and healthy during these trying times. What to do with all that time now that we are ordered to shelter in place until April 7th??? As quilters, I’m sure we all have an abundance of fabric that is begging to be used. I know I do! This is a great time to make those quilts for Foster Kids of the Merrimack Valley. It will not only fill our days but give us the opportunity to present them with an abundance of quilts next October. Those kids sure could use them. They are twin size quilts and don’t have to be fancy or difficult, just colorful and bright and filled with love.
I know that this sense of giving will make us all feel a little better about our time in the house and give us the opportunity to do something with that time that makes a child’s life better. It’s a wonderful gift we have to share. Thank you all for sharing with these wonderful children.
