2020 UFO Auction

All volunteers for the UFO Auction are requested to arrive at NECC on 2/20/2020 at 4:30 pm.  Volunteers are asked to enter through the side door at the loading dock. 

The doors at the Atrium will remain closed and locked until the UFO Auction Committee has time to complete set-up.  We are hoping to have set-up complete and the doors open by 5:45 pm. 

If you have mobility issues and normally use the loading dock doors to enter, we are asking that you please do not arrive before 5:45 pm.  There will be a lot of activity in the main room at that time and we do not want to risk anyone getting hurt. 

The meeting will not begin until 7 pm so there will be plenty of time for members and visitors to view all the silent auction tables before the auction starts.  The usual tables in the Atrium will be set up for you to sign in and get your bidding “paddle”.
